Prodogochi is a productivity app with a companion that grows from your real focus, tasks, habits, and wellbeing. We built it to be private by default: there is no account, no login, and no advertising or third-party analytics. This policy describes exactly what the app does and does not do with data. Every statement reflects how the shipped app actually behaves.
If you connect Apple Health, Prodogochi reads two values only: Sleep (Sleep Analysis) and Exercise time (Apple Exercise Time). This access is read-only — the app never writes back to Health. These values are used solely, on your device, to nudge your companion's Mood. Raw Health data never leaves your device. It is not stored on any server, not linked to your identity, and not used for advertising or tracking. If you don't grant Health access, the app works normally.
If you dictate a task, the app uses Apple's Speech framework to transcribe it. Depending on your device and language, Apple may transcribe on-device or via Apple's servers, per Apple's terms. Prodogochi does not store your audio or transcripts beyond creating the task, and does not send them to our backend.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device (low-energy alerts, streak reminders, morning check-in, dream reports). No data is sent to a server to deliver them. You can turn any off in the app's Settings.
All app data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, delete the app. We do not retain a server-side copy of your personal data.
Prodogochi does not knowingly collect personal information from children and has no account system or social features. It is a single-player productivity companion.
